AIRLINES

1) Will I be refunded if I don’t use my ticket?

The reimbursement of the total or partial amount of the air ticket depends on the policy of the airline and the tariff you have selected.
Upon completion of your reservation, the confirmation email informs you about all the rules regarding the fare you have selected. For more details call our customer service.

2) Where do I go for lost or damaged luggage?

Contact your airline directly regarding lost or damaged luggage upon your arrival.

3) Do Infants require a ticket or seat?

Yes, infant (below 24 months old) and child need to be booked a flight ticket. If you need a SEAT for your infant, in that case you will have to pay a child fare. This fare can be more/less than 70% of adult fare + taxes.

However, if you do not need a seat for the baby and will prefer to carry her/him in your laps, you may pay infant fare (around more/less 10% of adult fare) at the time of reservation.

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and bank deposit.

5) I'm pregnant can I still fly?

 A physician's letter may be required stating that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel, and the pregnancy is not high risk. If you are more than 36 weeks pregnant, many airlines will not allow you fly for fear that you'll deliver on board.

6) What can’t I carry on an airplane?

Generally knives or sharp objects, most sporting goods, firearms, tools larger than seven inches, explosive materials, self defense items, flammable items, and most liquids of more than 100 ml."

7) What happens if at the check in counter, I discover that I have excess baggage?

Any baggage brought to the check-in counter on the date of departure that exceeds the free baggage allowance is considered excess baggage and is chargeable at the rate applicable for the sector of travel.

8) How will I get my tickets?

Upon the completion of payment process, you will receive the details of booking through email. Either you can print this copy or during check in just present your passport or ID, in order to obtain all necessary documents to get on board.

9) What size and weight is allowed for main and hand luggage?

The size and weight of main luggage differs from airlines to airlines. We advise you to contact the airlines directly.

For hand luggage European Union has fixed dimensions of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.

10) How long before my scheduled flight time, I need to arrive at the airport?

It’s advised to reach the airport early for hassle free check in. Usually in case of international flights at least 2 hours before and at least 1 hour before for domestic.

1) Is my reservation confirmed with the hotel right away after I book it?

Yes, your booking is confirmed and sure, although you may not be assigned to an actual room until you check in.

2) What forms of payment do you accept?

3) Is it possible to hold a room without paying for it?

We are incapable to hold rooms without payments.

4) What's the difference between a double room and a twin room?

A double room has one double bed and twin room has two single beds.

5) Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

All tariffs on our website are per room per night, unless stated otherwise.

6) How can I come to know that I have successfully completed the reservation?

Upon the completion of booking, the confirmation page will be displayed on your screen and the same will be delivered to you via email.

7) Is the breakfast included in the price displayed?

After retrieving the availability of specific hotel for specific date, click on the room type for information on breakfast and room facilities.

8) Is it possible to make the booking for 1 day, without staying overnight?

No, this is not possible, the booking need to be atleast, 1 overnight stay.  

9) The booking does not give me an option of smoking room. Why?

If there is no option for smoking room, in that case the hotel forbids smoking in all the rooms.


CRUISES

1) What is the cancellation policy for cruises?

Cruise cancellation policies vary per cruise line and by cruise length. For detailed information, please contact our Customer Support.

2) What's the minimum age to take a cruise? Can I bring an infant?

Most cruise lines require that infants be at least 16 weeks old to travel and others entail young kids to be even older for longer and exotic journeys. Each cruise line has different least age requirements, for details please contact our Customer Support.

3) Are pregnant women allowed to cruise?

Make sure that you have your doctor's permission to travel even if you are less than 6 months pregnant. If you are pregnant, call and speak to our Customer Support to talk about your travel options and necessities.

4) Do I need a passport?

This depends on the type of cruise and your destination. You will need some proof of citizenship and identification. You'll receive complete information on required documents well in advance of your departure. For more details please contact our customer service.

5) Is there a charge for entertainment?

In most cases the entertainment is on the house. There's no cover or admission tickets charges. The shows are live, films and all included in your cruise fare.

6) Are there medical services onboard?

Almost every cruise ship has a medical facility and health care professionals on staff to tackle almost any urgent situation. If you are suffering with any medical problems that might be a risk, consult it with your doctor and inform or customer service at the time of booking.

7) Do cruise lines accept group bookings?

With most of the cruise lines the groups are most welcome. In few cases discounted special rates are also offered, depending on number of travelers in a group. For more details on the group booking please contact our customer service.

8) What is the legal drinking age?


The legal drinking age onboard is either 18 or 21, depending on the cruise line.
